Reason for Auction: Consignments & Estate Liquidation
Inspection: Preview will start the day prior to the Auction from 1- 6 p.m. and the day of the Auction from 1 p.m. until the Auction begins at 6:30 p.m.
Directions: Directions to auction at Aurora Colony Auction House at 21507 Highway 99E Aurora, Oregon 97002. Located on 99E approximately 4 miles from Canby and 10 miles from Woodburn. (Watch for "Auction Today" signs at intersection.)
• From 1-5 take Aurora/Donald exit 278, travel 3 miles east to Aurora, right on 99E, travel 1/8 mile, we're on the right side of the road in the Aurora Colony Auction House.
Terms & Conditions: Payment options include cash, Visa, MasterCard, and approved check. A ten percent (10%) Buyers Premium will apply to all sales. Everything is sold as is, where is, in it’s present condition. Written absentee bids are accepted with a secured method of payment. Preview is encouraged. Catalogs are meant to be used as a guide only. Please bid by your own inspection. All sales are final. Removal can begin after bidder pays in full. Removal will be on auction night or by appointment only the day after the auction.
