Inspection: Inspection: Wednesday, October 8th from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00P.M. and the day of the auction from 8:30 A.M. to 10:00 A.M.
Directions: 1) (North Only) on I-25 take the 70th Ave. Exit, go east on 70th Ave. then north on York, 2) From I-25 take the 58th Ave. Exit, go East to York, then North, or 3) from 1-25 take I-76 East to the 74th Ave. exit, go west to York, then North (about 2 blocks). Watch for auction signs
Terms & Conditions: PAYMENT: Full payment required by October 10th in cash, certified funds, bank wire
transfer, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or checks up to $2,000. Unless paying in cash or cash equivalent, buyers are subject to a 3% Buyers’ Premium. Checks written for over $2,000 must have a bank letter of guarantee.
BUYERS' PREMIUM: A 10% buyers' premium applies to all lots purchased and is subject to all applicable sales tax.
REMOVAL: All purchases must be removed at
buyers expense and responsibility by 4:00 P.M.
