Real Estate Terms:
1. Bidders Registratin: All prospective buyers must register to bid at the auction and be issued a bidder's number. The sucessful buyer will be reuired to sign a purchase contract and give a personal check equal to 10% of the bid price made out to First American Title Co. to open escrow.
2. Closing: Closing will take place within 30 days of the auction. TIME IS OF AN ESCENTS
3. Inspection periods: Previev is essential. The property is being sold AS-IS Property will be sold subject to all eament, restrictions, zonigs and other matters of record. The Auctioneer/Broker ill be on site July 17, 2009 from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm and sale day from 7:00 am to sae time or by appointmet.
4. Broker Participation: A 2% commission will be paid to the Iensed Real Estate Broker whose prospect pays and closes escrow on the aution propety. To qualify for for commission, a licensed agent must register and accompany there client to the auction.
5. Absentee & Telephone Bidding: If you are unable to attend the auction event and still want to bid by phone Auction Dynamics will facilitate your your request, providing that you qualify with the Auctioneer within a 48 Hour time period prior to the auction. All phone bidders must sign an affidavit stating they have inspected the property prior to bidding.
6. Seller's & Auctioneer's Disclaimer: All announcements day of sale take precedence over printed matter. Conduct of the auction, increments of the bidding and dicisions as to high bidder will be at the direction and sole discretion of the Auctioneer. Seller RESERVES the right of prior disposal of the property up to and to the date of the auction.

Inspection: Inspection will be Friday July 19 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and sale day from 7;00 am to sale time. Also by appointment.

Directions: From Kingman, take Hwy 93 North to Golden Valley, Take Hwy 68 West to Higley Road, at the Babtest Church and turn Left to the sale site. Watch for auction signs.
