This posting is an invitation to attend the auction, not an offer to sell. The offer to sell occurs at the time and location of the auction.
- Every item is sold as-is, where is.
- Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers makes no guarantee or warranties, expressed or implied, of any kind. Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers reserves the right to refuse issuing a bidding card. This brochure is only a guide. Please inspect the equipment.
- Lots selling for $2,500 or less are subject to a 10% administrative fee on each item.
Please Note: All purchases made using rbauctionBid are subject to an Internet Purchase Fee of 2% of the purchase price to a maximum of 500 (in the currency of the auction) per lot. All purchases made using our Proxy bid service (whether placed in person, on-line or via telephone) are subject to a Proxy Purchase Fee of 2% of the purchase price to a maximum of 500 (in the currency of the auction) per lot. These fees apply only to buyers. No charges or fees apply to unsuccessful bidders.
Payment
All payments are to be made in US funds.
Purchases under $10,000 must be paid in full on the day of the sale. For any major lot as determined by the Auctioneers, the purchaser shall pay a deposit on acceptance of his bid, the greater of 25% of the purchase price or $10,000 on the day of the sale, and the balance of the purchase within seven (7) days of the termination of the auction. No purchase may be removed until paid in full.
Methods of payment for domestic buyers: cash, wire transfer, certified check, or personal/company checks if they are accompanied by an irrevocable letter of guarantee from your bank. NOTE: Effective immediately this policy is now strictly enforced. No purchase will be released without payment as described above or until non-certified funds clear our bank.

Notice to Attendees
Persons attending are notified that an Auction Site is a potentially dangerous place. Flammable, noxious, corrosive and pressurized substances are present, heavy equipment is being operated and electric circuits may be live. Every person at the Auction Site before, during and after the auction sale shall be deemed to be there at his or her own risk with notice of the condition of the premises, the activities on the premises and the conduct of third parties and any registered bidder shall so advise his agents and employees. No persons shall have any claim against the Auctioneers, their agents, employees or principals for any injuries sustained, nor for damages to or loss of property which may occur from any cause whatsoever.
Unreserved Policy
Ritchie Bros.' policy is to sell each and every item without reserves, minimums or limits. Everything will be sold to the highest bidder, regardless of price. The owners of the equipment are prohibited by contract from bidding on their own equipment or from buying it back. Anyone knowing of any owner bidding on his own equipment should advise the auctioneer at once.
Notice to Non U.S. Buyers
Purchasers without United States bank accounts are required to pay in U.S. funds by wire transfer directly from their bank. Some equipment may require modifications to meet import and safety regulations. For details and for information on your customs obligations, please contact your customs broker.
Title and Registration Certificates
Items purchased that require a Title or Registration Certificate must be paid for by cash or certified check on the day of the sale; all Titles and Registration Certificates will be mailed to the purchaser ten (10) banking days after payment is received.
