Inspection: Wednesday, February 17th from 8:30am - 4:30pm.
Directions: 1) (North Only) on I-25 take the 70th Ave. Exit, go east on 70th Ave. then north on York, 2) From I-25 take the 58th Ave. Exit, go East to York, then North, or 3) from 1-25 take I-76 East to the 74th Ave. exit, go west to York, then North (about 2 blocks). Watch for auction signs.
Terms & Conditions: PAYMENT: Full payment required by Friday, Feb. 19th in cash, certified funds, bank wire transfer, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or checks. Payments in cash and cash equivalent will receive a 3% discount.
BUYERS' PREMIUM: A 13% Buyers' premium applies to all lots purchased up to and including $1000. A 3% buyers' premium applies to all lots purchased for over $1000 and is subject to all applicable sales tax.
REMOVAL: All purchases must be removed at
buyers expense and responsibility by 4:30 P.M.

A $35 Dealer Handling Fee will be added to all tilted units sold.
