Terms & Conditions: PAYMENT: Full payment required on Thursday, February 18th or Friday, February 19th in cash, certified funds, bank wire transfer, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or pre-printed checks. Full payments in cash, cashier check, bank wire transfer or check with a bank letter of guarantee will receive a 3% discount.
BUYERS' PREMIUM: A 13% Buyers' premium applies to all lots purchased and is subject to all applicable sales tax.
REMOVAL: All purchases must be removed at buyers expense and responsibility on Thursday, February 18th or Friday, February 19th from 9am - 4pm. NO removal on auction day.
