Terms & Conditions: PAYMENT: Full payment required by Friday, March 19th in cash, certified funds, bank wire transfer, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or pre-printed checks. Payments in cash and cash equivalent will receive a 3% discount.
BUYERS' PREMIUM: A 13% Buyers' premium applies to all lots purchased up to and including $1000. A 3% buyers' premium applies to all lots purchased for over $1000 and is subject to all applicable sales tax.
