Thursday, February 5th from 9:00am - 3:00pm at the auction location in Littleton. We urge you to conduct a thorough inspection of all items before placing any bids.
Directions:
9559 S. University Blvd., Unit 107, Littleton: From I-25 exit Lincoln Ave (exit 193) and go west. Lincoln Ave. turns into S. University Blvd. Turn into the parking lot for the Kings Soopers located at SE corner of S. University Blvd. and E. Highlands Ranch Pkwy. Red Mango is located in the end of the strip-mall next to Firehouse Subs.
Terms & Conditions:
INSPECTION:Thursday, February 5th from 9:00am - 3:00pm at the auction location in Littleton. We urge you to conduct a thorough inspection of all items before placing any bids.
INTERNET ONLY AUCTION: There will be no live in person auction.
CREDIT CARD TERM: A $1 credit card authorization will be processed when submitting your first bid. The $1 is simply a pending hold on your card and is held by the credit card company for varying lengths but typically 24-72 hours. This $1 authorization is not actually charged to your card and if you are the winning bidder that payment will be a completely separate transaction. If you do not win any bids there will be no charges against your account. Your credit card information on file will need to be correct. Update your information through the REGISTER HERE / UPDATE OR LOST BIDDER NUMBER link at the top of the auction details page.
BUYERS PREMIUM: There will be a 13% Buyers Premium added to each lot purchased (3% reduction in the BP is available, see payment terms). All purchases are subject to applicable sales tax.
PAYMENT TERMS (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY): Payment is due by 4:45pm on Friday, February 6th. Any bidders who have not paid by this time will have their credit card charged automaticallyYou may pay online at our office on February 6th from 8:15am - 4:45pm if that is your preference. (Payments in cash, bank wire transfer, cashier check or check with a letter of guarantee from the bank will receive a 3% reduction.) No payments will be taken at the auction location.
REMOVAL: All purchases must be removed at buyers expense and responsibility on: Friday, February 6th or Monday, February 9th from 9:00am - 4:00pm at the auction location in Littleton.
SALES TAX: Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases except the following Exemptions: Dealers re-selling similar equipment with a valid retail sales tax license & businesses with tax-exempt status (we must have a copy of your current license on file). Items being exported will have the taxes refunded if we get a dock receipt within 2 weeks of the auction. If payment is not made by the due date, we will charge your credit card on file and you will be charged the full tax amount. The tax rate for this auction is 5%.
