Auction Highlights:
350 TPD RATED SULFURIC ACID PLANT PURCHASED IN 2009 FOR USE IN BOLIVIA BUT NEVER INSTALLED!
Originally installed in Pennsylvania, the plant was only tested but never put into full production before being purchased in 2009 by Atlas Precious Metals Inc., with the intended purpose of shipping it to South America for use in a Bolivian mining operation.
Shipment was initially delayed by bad weather, but later, a change in that country's policies caused the owner to keep it in storage in Houston, Texas ever since.
Now PMI has been instructed by the current owner to sell it as one entire package via the sealed bid process. Please read the required Sealed Bid Form for more details.

Inspection:
Public inspection of the Assets will take place Tuesday, June 28 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. & the morning of the bid opening starting at 9:00 a.m. Other times by appointment only and should be coordinated through the offices of Seller by calling 713-747-1101. Prospective bidders must be accompanied by Seller’s designated onsite representative during their inspection.

FROM GEORGE BUSH INTERCONTINENTAL AIRPORT: Exit airport rental car center heading south on John F. Kennedy Blvd. Take the left hand exit heading east onto Beltway 8 towards I-69/Highway 59. Exit to the right (south) onto US 59 South toward Downtown Houston and proceed approx. 9 ½ miles to Loop I-610. Exit onto I-610 East and proceed approx. 5 miles. Take exit 25 for Gellhorn Drive. The frontage road will bend to the right as it heads west and becomes the frontage road for Interstate 10. Proceed to the sale site, Dixie Cullen Interests at 8501 East Fwy, Houston, TX 77029 ahead on your right hand side.
