Directions:

Southbound I-25: Take the 84th Ave. Exit, #219, go east to Washington Ave., then south to 78th Ave., then east to York . then south on York approx. 3 blocks, Northbound I-25: Take the I-76 Exit #216A, then veer left onto the 70th Ave. Exit #216B, then east on 70th Ave. approx. 1.3 miles to York, then 2 blocks north. Westbound on I-270: Take the York St. Exit #1, then proceed north approx. 1 mile. Eastbound on I-76: Take the 74th Ave Exit #8, then go back west approx. 1 mile to York St., then 2 blocks north. Watch for auction signs.

INSPECTION: October 23rd & 24th from 8:15am - 4:45pm at the auction location in Denver. We urge you to conduct a thorough inspection of all items before placing any bids. All Items are sold AS-IS WHERE-IS with NO guarantees.

CREDIT CARD TERM: A $10 credit card authorization will be processed when submitting your first bid. The $10 is simply a pending hold on your card and is held by the credit card company for varying lengths but typically 24-72 hours. This $10 authorization is not actually charged to your card and if you are the winning bidder that payment will be a completely separate transaction. If you do not win any bids there will be no charges against your account. Your credit card information on file will need to be correct. Update your information through the REGISTER HERE / UPDATE OR LOST BIDDER NUMBER link at the top of this page.

BUYERS PREMIUM: There will be a 13% buyers' premium (10% if paying in cash or equivalent) added to all winning bid prices and is subject all applicable sales tax.

PAYMENT TERMS (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY - WE ARE NO LONGER AUTOMATICALLY CHARGING CREDIT CARDS): Payment is due by 4:45pm on Friday, October 27th. If you'd like to have your card charged after the auction by Roller personnel and a paid receipt sent to you, please respond to the invoice email with your desire to have your card on file charged. We will not process your card without your email consent. You may pay online or at our office in Denver on October 25th from 11:00am - 4:45pm, October 26th and 27th from 8:15am - 4:45pm. Payments will be accepted in Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash, bank wire transfer, cashier check, personal/company check approved by TeleCheck or accompanied by a letter of guarantee from the bank. (Payments in cash, bank wire transfer, cashier check or check with a letter of guarantee from the bank will receive a 3% reduction off of the buyers premium.)

RE-LISTING FEE: If your auction purchases are not paid for by the specified deadline the credit card on file will be charged a re-listing fee of 10% of the total bid price(s), or $10, whichever is greater (not to exceed $100). Those individuals not paying will not be permitted to participate in future auctions.

REMOVAL: All purchases must be removed at buyers expense and responsibility on October 25th from 11:00am - 4:45pm, October 26th & 27th from 8:15am - 4:45pm. No weekend removal. Please Note: Title work takes time for us to process, you may have a long wait. We will work as quick as we can to get everyone out the door as soon as possible. Individuals picking up after this date may incur a late removal fee or may not be permitted to participate in future auctions. We schedule our crews based on these dates so if you're unable to pick up within these time frames please do not bid.

It is the buyers’ responsibility to pick up all purchased lots, including if a 3rd party is picking up on the buyers’ behalf. Roller personnel is there to assist/locate items but not to verify all items have been picked up. We will attempt to assist with this, but it is ultimately the responsibility of the buyer.

TITLES / TAXES: All titled units will be charged a $35 dealer handling fee. This fee will be added to the bid price and is taxable. Taxes will be based on where the unit is being titled. If you are in the business of reselling equipment, we will need a copy of your current resale / dealer’s license to not charge you tax. (Items being exported will have the taxes refunded if we get a dock receipt within 2 weeks of the auction). Tax on non-titled units is 4.75%. Titles for items that are paid for with funds that are not guaranteed will be mailed out 15 business days after payment is received.

Temporary Plate/Registration: As a vehicle dealer in the state of Colorado we give temporary plates that are good for up to 60 days except in the following circumstances: a temporary registration will NOT be issued for a tow away vehicle, a vehicle with a failed emission test vehicle, to a person who cannot provide insurance or to any person who cannot provide a Secure and Verifiable Identification. Please Note: Title work takes time for us to process, you may have a long wait. We will work as quick as we can to get everyone out the door as soon as possible.
