The youth of Douglas County undertaking 4H and FFA market animal projects are some of the politest, hardest working kids you will ever find. Your support of this program instills in these 4H and FFA members the values of hard work, the importance of agriculture, and the reward of operating a successful business venture. These 4H and FFA members have thousands of dollars invested in these projects. With Covid-19 issues and the cancelation of our 2020 Douglas County Fair, your participation in this year’s 4H and FFA livestock auction is more important than ever before. By registering as an Internet Buyer, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
1. All Internet Buyers must provide the information required by the Auctioneer and Equipmentfacts, LLC (“Equipmentfacts”) in order to be approved for bidding.
2. Payment in full for all auction purchases must be made within 14 days of billing.
3. Unpaid balances are subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month.
4. If collection action is necessary for an unpaid account, Buyer agrees to pay all collection costs and attorney fees whether or not suit is filed.
5. Bidders are personally responsible for any bids made with their Bidding Number. If the highest bid for any particular lot is submitted using your Bidding Number, you are responsible and liable for any payments due hereunder, without protest, set-off or claim against the Auctioneer or Equipmentfacts.
6. All lots are sold "as-is, where-is." The Auctioneer and Equipmentfacts make no guarantees or warranties whatsoever, express or implied.
7. By bidding in this auction, the Buyer acknowledges he/she has read and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.
