Directions:
From US36 Exit onto E. Flatirons Crossing Drive and head West Approximately 1 Mile to Flatiron Circle and Turn Right. Turn Right again at the first light into Flatirons Mall. At the stop sigh turn left, Auction Location is 1 block North of the AMC Movie Theaters in the Villages at Flatirons Mall. Watch for auction signs.
Terms & Conditions:
BUYERS PREMIUM: A 13% Buyers' Premium will be added to the high bids to determine the selling price. This will be added to the purchase price and is subject to all applicable sales taxes.
INTERNET BIDDING: There will be no live in person auction. Bidding will only be online at www.rollerauction.com
PAYMENT: Full payment required in cash, cashier check, bank wire transfer, checks verified by TeleCheck, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. (A 3% reduction off of the stated buyers premium is given for payments in full in cash, cashier check, bank wire transfer or check with a letter of guarantee from the bank.) Payments will be taken at the auction location in Broomfield on Wednesday, June 20th from 9:00am - 4:00pm. Payments may also be made online via credit card or at Roller & Associates office.
REMOVAL: All purchases must be removed at buyers expense and responsibility on Wednesday, June 20th & Thursday, June 21st from 9:00am - 4:00pm.
