INTERNET ONLY AUCTION: There will be no live in person auction. Bidding will only be online only.
BUYERS PREMIUM: A 13% Buyers Premium will be added to the bid price of all items or lots. The Buyers Premium is taxable. 3% reduction is available - see payment terms.
PAYMENT: Full payment required in cash, certified funds, bank wire transfer, company or personal checks upon verification by TeleCheck, Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card. (A 3% reduction off of the stated buyers premium will be given to payments in cash, cashier check, bank wire transfer or a check with a letter of guarantee from the bank). Payments will be taken at the auction location at 7500 York Street on June 29th from 8:15am - 4:45pm & on June 30th from 9:00am - 1:00pm. Payments may also be made online via credit card. There will be a late fee of at least $25 for items not paid for by 4:45pm on Monday, July 2nd.
REMOVAL: All purchases must be removed at buyer's expense and responsibility on: Friday, June 29th & Monday, July 2nd from 8:15am to 4:45pm and on Saturday, June 30th from 9:00am - 1:00pm. There will be a late fee of at least $25 for items not picked up by 4:45pm on Monday, July 2nd.
