From I-25 exit number 204, Colorado Boulevard, go North 1.5 miles, Turn right onto E Virginia Ave, Turn left onto S Birch St, Turn right onto S Leetsdale Dr, Take the 1st right onto S Cherry St. Auction will be on your Right. Watch for auction signs.
Terms & Conditions:
INTERNET ONLY AUCTION: There will be no live in person auction.
BUYERS' PREMIUM: There will be a 13% Buyers' Premium added to each lot purchased (3% reduction in the BP is available, see payment terms). All purchases are subject to applicable sales tax.
PAYMENT: Full payment required in cash, cashier check, bank wire transfer, checks verified by TeleCheck, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. (A 3% reduction off of the stated buyers premium is given for payments in full in cash, cashier check, bank wire transfer or check with a letter of guarantee from the bank.) Payments will be taken at the auction location on August 22nd from 9:00am - 4:00pm. Payments may also be made online via credit card or at Roller & Associates office.
REMOVAL: All purchases must be removed at buyers expense and responsibility on August 22nd & 23rd from 9:00am - 4:00pm.
