No purchases may be removed until paid for in full. A 10% buyers premium will be applied to all purchases.
FEDERAL FIREARM LICENSE NOT REQUIRED FOR RESIDENTS OF OREGON, WASHINGTON, IDAHO & NEVADA. All Oregon residents without a Federal Firearms License (FFL) will be allowed to purchase both long-guns and handguns in this auction. Residents of Washington, Nevada and Idaho who do not have a FFL may purchase long-guns only. Residents of states other than Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Nevada may not purchase any firearms without a valid FFL. There will be a $10 paperwork charge on each firearm purchased for all buyers. Purchasers of firearms who do not have a valid FFL will be required to pass a standard $10 federal background check.
REMOVAL OF FIREARMS. Due to Federal regulations, firearms cannot be removed from auction site Sunday, June 30 by purchasers. Firearms may be processed and picked up at Waldron’s Outdoor Sports on Monday, July 1st during normal business hours.
