Inspection:
Monday, May 20th from 9:00am - 4:00pm at the auction location in Colorado Springs.
Directions:
Located in Colorado Springs which is approximately 70 miles south of Denver.
From I-25 take exit 141 for US-24 W/Cimarron St. Turn right onto W Cimarron St. Turn right onto S Wahsatch Ave. Turn left onto E Fountain Blvd. Turn right onto Hancock Expy. Take the 1st right onto Transit Dr. Destination will be on the right.
Terms & Conditions:
INSPECTION: Monday, May 20th from 9:00am - 4:00pm at the auction location in Colorado Springs. We recommend a very thorough inspection before you bid online.
INTERNET ONLY AUCTION: There will be no live in person auction. Bidding will only be online only.
BUYERS PREMIUM: There will be a 13% buyers premium added to all purchases and is subject to all applicable sales tax. (3% reduction is available, see payment terms.)
PAYMENT: Full payment required in cash, cashier check, bank wire transfer, checks verified by TeleCheck, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. (A 3% reduction off of the stated buyers premium is given for payments in full in cash, cashier check, bank wire transfer or check with a letter of guarantee from the bank.) Payments will be taken at the auction location in Colorado Springs on May 22nd from 9:00am - 4:00pm. Payments may also be made online via credit card.
REMOVAL: All purchases must be removed at buyers expense and responsibility on May 22nd, May 23rd or May 24th from 9:00am - 4:00pm.
The tax rate is 7.63% for this auction. Exemptions: Dealers re-selling similar equipment with retail sales tax license or businesses with tax-exempt status. (We must have a current copy of your resale license on file).
