All bidders must present valid ID and must be 18 years of age or older to enter Auction premises and bid.
A 25% Deposit is required immediately at the time of sale. Full Payment required by next business day (Monday June 10, 2013) by 4:00 PM.
Forms of Payment: Cash, Cashiers Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover & ATM/Debit Cards.
Auction Fee:
All onsite purchases are subject to an Auction Fee of 15%
All Internet Purchases are subject to an Auction Fee of 18%
Sales Tax/Licensing Fees: Unless otherwise announced at time of sale, all purchases are subject to sales tax and all vehicle, truck and equipment purchases are subject to sales tax and licensing fees.
Removal of Items: Purchased items can be released upon full payment as follows:
Date of Sale: Conclusion of Auction - 5:00 PM
Monday 6/10/13: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
