May 16th & 17th from 8:15am - 4:15pm.
Directions:
Southbound I-25: Take the 84th Ave. Exit, #219, go east to Washington Ave., then south to 78th Ave., then east to York . then south on York approx. 3 blocks,
Northbound I-25: Take the I-76 Exit #216A, then veer left onto the 70th Ave. Exit #216B, then east of 70th Ave. approx. 1.3 miles to York, then 2 blocks north.
Westbound on I-270: Take the York St. Exit #1, then proceed north approx. 1 mile.
Eastbound on I-76: Take the 74th Ave Exit #8, then go back west approx. 1 mile to York St., then 2 blocks north. Watch for auction signs.
Terms & Conditions:
INSPECTION: May 16th & 17th from 8:15am - 4:15pm. We urge you to conduct a thorough inspection of the items before placing any bids. There are no warranties or guarantees on these items either expressed or implied.
BUYERS PREMIUM: There will be a 13% buyers premium added to all purchases and is subject to all applicable sales tax. (3% reduction is available, see payment terms.)
PAYMENT: Full payment required in cash, certified funds, bank wire transfer, company or personal checks upon verification by TeleCheck, Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card. (A 3% reduction off of the stated buyers premium is given to payments in cash, cashier check, bank wire transfer or a check with a letter of guarantee from the bank). Payments will be taken on May 20th from 11:00am - 4:45pm & May 21st from 8:15am - 4:45pm. Payments may also be made online via credit card.
REMOVAL: All items must be removed at buyers expense and responsibility on May 20th from 11:00am - 4:45pm & May 21st from 8:15am - 4:45pm. A forklift is available on-site to load heavier items.
SALES TAX: Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases except as follows: Exemptions: Dealers re-selling similar equipment with a valid retail sales tax license; businesses with tax-exempt status. (Items being exported will have the taxes refunded if we get a dock receipt within 2 weeks of the auction). Tax rate on non-titled items in 4.75%.
TITLES: All titled units will be charged a $35 dealer handling fee. This fee will be added to the bid price and is taxable. Titles for items that are paid for with funds that are not guaranteed will be mailed out 15 business days after the auction. As a vehicle dealer we give temporary plates that are good for 60 days except in the following circumstances. In the state of Colorado, a temporary registration will NOT be issued to any person who cannot provide a Secure and Verifiable Identification. If the vehicle is being registered outside the state of Colorado, we will provide a 14 day temporary plate/registration. If the vehicle is a tow away, we will not give a temporary plate.
