Inspection:
Friday, August 29th and Tuesday, September 2nd from 9:00am - 4:00pm at the auction location in Castle Rock. We recommend a very thorough inspection before you bid online.
Directions:
From I-25 take exit 181 for Frontage Rd / Plum Creek Pkwy. Turn east onto Plum Creek Pkwy. Then make a right onto Lake Gulch Rd. Go approximately 8.8 miles, Turn right to stay on Lake Gulch Rd. Auction location will be on the left.
Terms & Conditions:
INSPECTION: Friday, August 29th and Tuesday, September 2nd from 9:00am - 4:00pm at the auction location in Castle Rock. We recommend a very thorough inspection before you bid online.
CREDIT CARD TERM: A $1 credit card authorization will be processed when submitting your first bid. The $1 is simply a pending hold on your card and is held by the credit card company for varying lengths but typically 24-72 hours. This $1 authorization is not actually charged to your card and if you are the winning bidder that payment will be a completely separate transaction. If you do not win any bids there will be no charges against your account. Your credit card information on file will need to be correct. Update your information through the REGISTER HERE / UPDATE OR LOST BIDDER NUMBER link at the top of the bidding page.
BUYERS PREMIUM: There will be a 13% buyers premium added to all purchases and is subject all applicable sales tax. (3% discount is available, see payment terms.)
PAYMENT (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY): After the auction is completed you will receive an email from info@rollerauction.com with your total amount which is due by 4:45pm on September 5th. Any bidders who have not paid by this time will have their credit card charged automatically and a paid receipt emailed to them. If youd like to have your card charged immediately after the auction and a paid receipt sent to you, please respond to the invoice emailed to you with your desire to have your card on file charged. You may pay at our office in Denver on September 4th & 5th from 8:15am - 4:45pm. Payments will be accepted in Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash, bank wire transfer, cashier check or check approved by TeleCheck. (Payments in cash, bank wire transfer, cashier check or check with a letter of guarantee from the bank will receive a 3% reduction.) No payments will be taken at the auction location in Castle Rock.
REMOVAL: All purchases must be removed at buyers expense and responsibility on September 4th, 5th & 6th from 9:00am - 4:00pm at the auction location in Castle Rock.
SALES TAX: Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases except the following Exemptions: Dealers re-selling similar equipment with a valid retail sales tax license & businesses with tax-exempt status (we must have a copy of your current license on file). Items being exported will have the taxes refunded if we get a dock receipt within 2 weeks of the auction. If payment is not made by the due date, we will charge your credit card on file and you will be charged the full tax amount. The tax rate for this auction is 4.0%.
TITLES: Temporary tags will not be given for titled items sold in this auction because we are not a licensed automobile dealer at this location. Emissions tests will not be conducted on these vehicles. Titles for items that are paid for with funds that are not guaranteed will be mailed out 15 business days after the auction.
