Wednesday, August 20th from10:00am - 3:45pm at the auction location on Glenarm. We recommend a very thorough inspection before you bid online.
Directions:
From W Colfax Avenue turn left onto Glenarm Place and continue approximately .3 miles. Auction location is on the north side of the 16th Street Mall between Glenarm Pl and Tremont Pl. Metered and Lot Parking located along Glenarm and 15th.
Terms & Conditions:
INSPECTION: Wednesday, August 20th from 10:00am - 3:45pm at the auction location on Glenarm. We recommend a very thorough inspection before you bid online.
CREDIT CARD TERM: A $1 credit card authorization will be processed when submitting your first bid. The $1 is simply a pending hold on your card and is held by the credit card company for varying lengths but typically 24-72 hours. This $1 authorization is not actually charged to your card and if you are the winning bidder that payment will be a completely separate transaction. If you do not win any bids there will be no charges against your account. Your credit card information on file will need to be correct. Update your information through the REGISTER HERE / UPDATE OR LOST BIDDER NUMBER link at the top of the bidding page.
BUYERS PREMIUM: There will be a 13% buyers premium added to all purchases and is subject all applicable sales tax. (3% discount is available, see payment terms.)
PAYMENT (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY): After the auction is completed you will receive an email from info@rollerauction.com with your total amount which is due by 4:45pm on August 21st. Any bidders who have not paid by this time will have their credit card charged automatically and a paid receipt emailed to them. If youd like to have your card charged immediately after the auction and a paid receipt sent to you, please respond to the invoice emailed to you with your desire to have your card on file charged. You may pay at our office in Denver on August 21st from 8:15am - 4:45pm. Payments will be accepted in Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash, bank wire transfer, cashier check or check approved by TeleCheck. (Payments in cash, bank wire transfer, cashier check or check with a letter of guarantee from the bank will receive a 3% reduction.) No payments will be taken at the auction location on Glenarm.
REMOVAL: All purchases must be removed at buyers expense and responsibility on Thursday, August 21st and Friday, August 22nd from 8:45am - 4:15pm at the auction location on Glenarm.
SALES TAX: Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases except the following Exemptions: Dealers re-selling similar equipment with a valid retail sales tax license & businesses with tax-exempt status (we must have a copy of your current license on file). Items being exported will have the taxes refunded if we get a dock receipt within 2 weeks of the auction. If payment is not made by the due date, we will charge your credit card on file and you will be charged the full tax amount. The tax rate for this auction is 7.62%.
