Inspection:
Friday, October 3rd from 9am - 4pm and the morning of the auction starting at 8am.
Directions:
Take I-25 to exit #259 (Crossroads Blvd.), go east approx. 1 mile to Fairgrounds Avenue (County Road 5) and go north to the entrance.
Terms & Conditions:
PAYMENT: Full payment required by Monday, October 6th in cash, certified funds, bank wire transfer, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover. Unless paying in cash or cash equivalent, buyers are subject to a 3% Buyers Premium. Payments will be taken at the auction location in Loveland on Saturday, October 4th until 4:00pm and Monday, October 6th from 9:00am to 3:00pm. No payments will be taken on Sunday, October 5th.
REMOVAL: All purchases must be removed at buyers expense and responsibility during the following times: Auction day until 4pm, Sunday, October 5th from 9:00am - 3:00pm and Monday, October 6th from 9:00am - 4:00pm.
The tax rate on non-titled items is 6.5%.
Temporary tags will not be given for titled items sold in this auction because we are not a licensed automobile dealer at this location. Emissions tests will not be conducted on these vehicles. Titles for items that are paid for with funds that are not guaranteed will be mailed out 15 business days after the auction. Titles and bills of sale can be picked up at the auction location on auction day until 4pm. Thereafter at Roller Auctions office in Denver.
