Inspection:
Monday, October 6th & Tuesday, October 7th from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the auction location on 39th Ave. We recommend a very thorough inspection before you bid online.
Directions:
Southbound I-25: From I-25 Take exit 213 toward 38th Ave/Park Ave. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for 38th Avenue. Turn right onto Fox St then take the 1st left onto W 39th Ave. Power Rentals is on the right.
Northbound I-25: From I-25 Take exit 213 for 38th Ave. Slight right to Merge onto Fox St. Stay to the right to stay on Fox St going North, then turn left onto W 39th Ave. Power Rentals is on the right.
Terms & Conditions:
INSPECTION: Monday, October 6th & Tuesday, October 7th from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the auction location on 39th Ave. We recommend a very thorough inspection before you bid online.
CREDIT CARD TERM: A $1 credit card authorization will be processed when submitting your first bid. The $1 is simply a pending hold on your card and is held by the credit card company for varying lengths but typically 24-72 hours. This $1 authorization is not actually charged to your card and if you are the winning bidder that payment will be a completely separate transaction. If you do not win any bids there will be no charges against your account. Your credit card information on file will need to be correct. Update your information through the REGISTER HERE / UPDATE OR LOST BIDDER NUMBER link at the top of the bidding page.
BUYERS PREMIUM: There will be a 13% buyers premium added to all purchases and is subject all applicable sales tax. (3% discount is available, see payment terms.)
PAYMENT (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY): After the auction is completed you will receive an email from info@rollerauction.com with your total amount which is due by 4:45pm on October 10th. Any bidders who have not paid by this time will have their credit card charged automatically and a paid receipt emailed to them. If youd like to have your card charged by Roller personnel and a paid receipt sent to you, please respond to the invoice emailed to you with your desire to have your card on file charged. You may pay online or at our office in Denver on October 9th & 10th from 8:15am - 4:45pm. Payments will be accepted in Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash, bank wire transfer, cashier check or check approved by TeleCheck. (Payments in cash, bank wire transfer, cashier check or check with a letter of guarantee from the bank will receive a 3% reduction.) No payments will be taken at the auction location on 39th Ave.
REMOVAL: All purchases must be removed at buyers expense and responsibility on October 9th, 10th & 13th from 8:30am – 4:30pm at the auction location on 39th Ave.
SALES TAX: Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases except the following Exemptions: Dealers re-selling similar equipment with a valid retail sales tax license & businesses with tax-exempt status (we must have a copy of your current license on file). Items being exported will have the taxes refunded if we get a dock receipt within 2 weeks of the auction. If payment is not made by the due date, we will charge your credit card on file and you will be charged the full tax amount. The tax rate at this location is 7.62%
