Terms & Conditions:
1. Each and every lot shall be sold on an “AS-IS WHERE-IS” basis, specifically but without limitation. There shall be no guaranties or warranties either written, expressed or implied whatsoever.
2. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Any dispute as to bidding shall be resolved at the auctioneers sole discretion. Auctioneers decisions are final.
Payment shall be made in cash, cashiers check, personal check or credit card acceptable to auctioneers. All purchases must be paid in full day of sale. No exceptions. Full payment must be made prior to item removal.
3.PAYMENT: 10% Standard Buyers Premium Applies to all Purchases. Full Payment must be made no later than the close of business on auction day. We accept CASH, CASHIERS CHECKS, WIRE TRANSFERS, CREDIT CARDS (Visa/MC/ Discover/ AM-EX) as form of payment. All Internet Purchases, Credit Card or Delayed Payment is subject to 3% Fee Personal and Business Checks are accepted ONLY when accompanied by a Bank Letter of Guarantee or with a longstanding relationship with Auction company.
4. An auction site is a potentially dangerous place. Every person there at any time shall be there at their own risk with notice of the condition of the premises and the activities occurring there. Bidder shall so advise his agents or employees.
5. Risk of theft, damage or loss of purchases is the sole responsibility of the buyer immediately after the auctioneer says SOLD. Please protect your purchases.
6. Auctioneers act as agents only, and shall endeavor to protect the interests of both the buyer and seller. However any and all disputes that may arise for any reason shall be between buyer and seller only.
7. This is an abridged version of “terms of bidding and sale”. By using this buyers number, the buyer acknowledges that he has read, received and understands the full version posted in the auction catalog.
